To provide the best care available at Meon Dental, we send SMS, email and telephone call reminders, as it is in your legitimate interest to be reminded about your appointments.

We also request feedback via email to allow patients to review our dentists, our practice, our environment, and services. It is in your legitimate interest to be able to provide us with information as to how we can improve, where we are doing well, and how we can learn.

Both reminders and feedback requests are strictly not used for marketing purposes. For any marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes, your information is used ONLY where you have provided your explicit consent and we have obtained, noted, and confirmed your permission to do so.

We record some of our telephone calls for several reasons:
